WHAT DO YOU DO DURING THE FIRST SESSION/EVALUATION?

For an evaluation, there will be a combination of getting to know you and what your goals are for physical therapy. From there, a comprehensive assessment is completed to find the root cause of the problem. After that, you will discuss with your Physical Therapist what your treatment plan will look like based on your assessment. By the end of the session you should feel confident that you are now on the road to recovery or improved performance!

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Insurance companies dictate visits and treatment plans which is not always in the best interest of the patient. Janas Performance Therapy does not affiliate with any insurance providers for this reason. We believe that in order to provide individualized, one-on-one, high quality care the only contract that is needed is between the patient and medical provider.

WHO DO YOU TREAT?

We pride ourselves on getting athletes back to their sport as quickly as possible. We also work with individuals who have chronic and long-term issues. We treat musculoskeletal injuries of all types. Anything from low back pain to ankle sprains can be treated at Janas Performance Therapy.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY FIRST VISIT?

We ask that you try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled visit for some paperwork. Please wear loose fitting, comfortable or athletic clothes so that you can be easily and properly assessed. Payment via cash or card will also be due at time of service.
